SEL's Lasagna Recipe

This is a wet, runny recipe. Works as a spaghetti / pasta sauce as well.

Sauce

* 2 2lb cans tomatoes (5 total cups) 
* 32 oz tomato sauce 
* 2 tsp salt
* 3 tsp oregano
* 1 tsp pepper
* 2 tsp onion salt
* 2 cups chopped onion
* 4-10 cloves garlic


Simmer, etc.


* 1 pound lasagna noodles - boil with a little oil then rinse with cold water
* 1.5 pounds cottage cheese
* 1+ pound mozzarella 
* 1+ cup grated parmesan 
* end with sealing coat of mozzarella 
* bake until bubbly (20-30 minutes)

If you let it sit for a while after it comes out of the oven and it will be less runny.
