Makes 4 servings.. served with salad.  Double or triple the recipe for a bigger group.

== Ingredients ==
 * 4 tablespoons butter
 * 4 tablespoons flour
 * 2.5 cups milk
 * salt and pepper
 * 1/4tsp dry mustard
 * 2 cups macaroni
 * 2 cups grated sharp cheddar
 * sour bread crumbs

== Procedure == 
 * Make macaroni, slightly undercook. Don't undercook it much or the center of the final product will be undercooked.
 * Make white sauce on stovetop with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper: when thick and creamy, add cheese and melt, stir constantly
 * Pour sauce over macaroni in casserole dish and stir 
 * cover with bread crumbs
 * 350F for 30-45 minutes
